The place is nice, but there are mosquitoes and the hotel doesn't have mosquito nets. The service attitude of the receptionist is very good. The scenery is very beautiful. The furniture in the new room is spacious, but the room cleaning and maintenance are not very thorough.

The location is far away, I don't know the number of the taxi company, and I have to contact the hotel because of the language, but I went back and forth at a very expensive price. The worst thing about this hotel is that the hotel does not have a shuttle to the town, but I use it to get to the town, one-way. 180k per person! It's 720k for 4 people, but considering the limousine ride from Hanoi to Mai Chau for 920k, it's too expensive, so I think about doing business with it! Of course, I didn't ride it like a fool! And there was no pool bar, no staff, so it was uncomfortable, and there was no bathroom, so I had to walk back to the room.
If these two things are improved, I want to go again! It's quiet and peaceful, so it's healing, and it's on the neat side of hotels near Hanoi. But there was a lot of dust on the glass table. Shouldn't the reception staff be more friendly?

The local dishes are amazing even for me - a Vietnamese client. My room was nice with lake views. The staffs was very polite and friendly, especially Linh - the waitress, so kind and helpful. High light was about the nature here, you will fall in love with this place from very first sight

Absolutely stunning views, lovely rooms with a view & great pool to relax by. Staff were very attentive throughout. Only minor complaint was that the food menu was far too big, so quality of food isn’t as good as other places we’ve been to in Vietnam. Reduce the menu and focus on simple quality local foods. Overall though the resort was fantastic.

Fantastisch hotel. Geweldige ligging aan het meer. Netjes en schoon, hotel staat in een goed onderhouden tuin. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Prima eten. Ligging heel rustig, prachtig uitzicht over het meer. In de avond is het hotel heel sfeervol.
